The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Karachi Division. This role is responsible for supporting and managing essential HR functions throughout the organization. Daily responsibilities include overseeing HR operations such as onboarding new employees, maintaining documentation, managing attendance records, and handling personnel files. The executive will also assist with payroll coordination, implement and maintain HR policies, support employee relations, respond to employee inquiries, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and personnel record maintenance.
- Assist in payroll-related activities to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and facilitating the selection process.
- Contribute to performance management cycles, including tracking and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, ensuring all HR practices adhere to legal standards.
- Address employee queries and support conflict resolution to foster a healthy work environment.
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and enforcing HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records for management review.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources and HR Management, capable of supporting both strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR operations covering the employee lifecycle, documentation, and basic payroll coordination.
- Skills in employee relations, including handling queries, promoting engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with HR policies, including drafting, implementation, and ensuring compliance with company and labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with HR software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs100,000 per month.
