The HR Executive will play a vital role in managing daily human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and ensuring basic HR compliance. This position requires a highly organized and people-oriented professional who can efficiently handle multiple HR responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and proactively follow up with candidate pipelines.
- Support department heads in making final hiring decisions.
Onboarding & Documentation:
- Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related forms.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new employees.
- Keep employee files, contracts, and documentation updated and organized.
HR Operations:
- Oversee attendance, leave records, and punctuality monitoring.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records accurately.
- Assist in compiling payroll data, including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
- Facilitate smooth communication between various departments.
Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and healthy work environment.
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and team-building activities.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the creation and updating of HR policies as needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review.
- Support HR audits and compliance checks when required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR databases, attendance systems, and basic payroll processes.
