HR Executive

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join a reputable organization based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing daily human resource functions and supporting various employee-related activities. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle recruitment processes, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with payroll and HR policy implementation. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct recruitment activities such as screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, monitor attendance and leave, and ensure proper documentation is up to date.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with relevant departments and addressing employee queries related to compensation.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, contribute to performance management processes, and help resolve employee issues.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and other necessary documentation to support management decisions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment procedures, and employee relations best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working with HRIS or other HR management software is considered an advantage.
- This position requires the candidate to work on-site in Karachi, ensuring close collaboration with the team and management.
