We are seeking a driven and people-focused HR Executive to join our team and contribute to fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and confident in handling various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, onboarding, and offboarding. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and final selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing requirements.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and relevant standards.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support and nurture a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
- Oversee attendance and leave records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Prepare regular attendance and compliance reports for management review.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and HR-related issues.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including handling full and final settlements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Handle end-to-end offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearances, and documentation.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant employee records and HR documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment and core HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- A proactive and people-oriented approach, committed to fostering a positive employee experience.
- Fluent in English.
