HR Executive

Located in Karachi and Mirpur, Pakistan, this permanent onsite role offers an exciting opportunity for an HR Executive to join The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO). The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience and supporting the company’s overall HR functions. This position is ideal for a motivated HR professional who is passionate about people, processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Administer payroll processing, guaranteeing timely and precise wage disbursement while complying with relevant regulations.
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and feel welcomed into the company culture.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in implementing and administering performance management processes, such as goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in HRIS management and payroll processing.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of performance management, compensation analysis, and benefits administration.
- Understanding of labor law compliance and HR policies.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other HR software tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are required.
