HR Executive

Infinity X Dynamics (IXD), based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a professional approach to managing both candidates and employees. This role involves supporting recruitment activities, coordinating employee-related processes, maintaining documentation, tracking attendance, and handling daily HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening and sourcing through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn. Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-up communication with shortlisted candidates. Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and other relevant HR documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files. Oversee attendance and leave records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Support onboarding and offboarding activities to facilitate smooth transitions. Collaborate closely with management to address hiring needs and staffing requirements. Assist in preparing performance evaluations and disciplinary documentation as needed. Implement and uphold HR policies and procedures consistently. Address employee inquiries and provide routine HR coordination and support. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information. Support payroll processes by managing attendance data and employee records.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Urdu are essential. The candidate should be professional, confident, and well-organized. Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn is necessary. Strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of HR tasks are important. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and responsibility is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employee documentation management is highly valued. Familiarity with attendance and leave management, as well as HR policy implementation, is preferred. Basic knowledge of payroll coordination and employee relations will be an advantage. Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment, sourcing, employer branding, and professional networking is considered a strong plus. Candidates with a well-maintained and professional LinkedIn profile, along with an established network or follower base, will have added benefits.

Experience
Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or people operations will be preferred.

Compensation
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and interview performance.
