HR Executive

Eccentric One is seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to join its dynamic HR team based in Karachi, PECHS Block 6. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start their career in human resources. You will be part of a small, fast-paced team where hands-on training is provided from the ground up, focusing on measurable growth rather than seniority. No prior experience is necessary, and this is a paid role, not an internship or training course. The working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and keep candidate records up to date.
- Assist with onboarding processes, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
- Support attendance management and basic payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR letters, maintain records, and generate reports as needed.
- Handle employee relations tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and the company’s HR records system to ensure data integrity for candidates and employees.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Genuine willingness to learn and respond constructively to feedback.
- Basic understanding of HR principles gained through academic coursework, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Any internship experience or academic projects related to HR.
