The HR Assistant will support the daily functions of the Human Resources department by managing recruitment activities, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing administrative support across various HR tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. The ideal candidate will contribute to smooth HR operations and help maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and essential documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
- Prepare HR correspondence such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and warning notices.
- Track attendance and manage leave records accurately.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain related documentation.
- Organize HR activities including training sessions, orientations, and employee engagement events.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide relevant HR information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support; fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
