HR Executive

The Grow Vista is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, and overall HR operations. This position requires someone who is organized, communicative, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes to ensure timely and effective staffing.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive employee onboarding and orientation sessions to facilitate smooth integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee performance records regularly.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide ongoing HR support.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure adherence to organizational compliance standards.
- Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in human resources roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Location

This role requires the candidate to work on-site, facilitating direct interaction with employees and management.
