HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lahore, specifically based in Gulberg on M.M. Alam Road. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability during night shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The successful candidate will be a self-driven professional with a solid background in managing all aspects of human resources. This role demands the ability to independently oversee HR operations and contribute effectively to the achievement of organizational goals. The salary for this position ranges from PKR 60,000 to 80,000, depending on experience. Please note that this opportunity is exclusively open to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to ensure smooth workforce integration.
- Oversee attendance monitoring, leave management, and ensure strict adherence to HR policies.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and handle disciplinary procedures while maintaining comprehensive and accurate HR records.
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all departments to maintain compliance and promote a positive work environment.
- Work closely with management to support strategic workforce planning and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in HR management and administration with a proven track record of handling HR functions independently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and HR processes.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site during night shift hours, maintaining productivity and professionalism throughout.
