HR Executive

Located in Wapda Town, Lahore, this full-time HR Executive role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized professional with hands-on experience in BPO recruitment. The position requires managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring recruitment goals are met efficiently. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a monthly salary range of PKR 45,000 to 55,000. This on-site role demands strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing primarily on BPO and customer sales roles.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fulfill recruitment requirements effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates, including interview follow-ups and offer coordination.
- Keep recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports up to date.
- Support onboarding activities, employee documentation, and other HR operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Between 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or recruitment.
- Mandatory prior experience specifically in BPO hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting for customer service, call center, or sales positions is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and consistently meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and recruitment tracking tools.
