HR Executive (Night Shift)

Mainstay USA, a prominent trucking and logistics company operating across the United States, is looking to hire a motivated HR Executive to join its team in Rawalpindi. This role involves managing recruitment and HR functions for both local positions and those based in the US. The position requires on-site presence at Adiala Road, Rawalpindi, with a night shift schedule from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays. The company is seeking a male candidate for this role, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate interviews. The role requires hiring for both the Rawalpindi office and operational roles based in the United States. Regularly track and report on employee performance and attendance to ensure workforce efficiency. Oversee onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and handle daily HR operations to support organizational needs. Collaborate closely with management to address staffing requirements and implement HR policies effectively. Additionally, leverage AI tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance overall HR workflows.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have between six months to one year of experience in HR or recruitment roles. Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is required to interact effectively across teams and with international stakeholders. Comfort with using AI tools and basic office software applications is necessary to support modern HR practices. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts on-site as per the specified schedule.
