- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. monthly/ quarterly/ 360° evaluations
- Assist in development of fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Manager end to end recruitment cycle for hiring demand
- Attract, screen and select potential & qualified candidates based on the required skill set defined.
- CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence & liaison with candidates and respective interviewers.

- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Skills
- Experiance of working on SAP and ERP
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- 1 or 1.5+ years of management experience in HR.
