We are seeking a driven and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring efficient HR operations. The successful candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and confident in handling various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, onboarding, and offboarding. This role requires someone who can effectively balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments to support a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making selections.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future staffing requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant standards.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to promote a positive work environment.
- Support and nurture a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
- Oversee attendance and leave records, resolve any discrepancies, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Prepare regular attendance and compliance reports for management review.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit, including handling full and final settlements.
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
- Administer end-to-end offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, obtaining clearances, and managing documentation.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant employee records and HR files.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment and core HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- A proactive and people-oriented mindset, dedicated to fostering a positive employee experience.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The salary offered is competitive within the market. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate across teams and with management.
