HR Generalist

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team at DHA Phase 6, Karachi. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR & Admin Manager to manage daily HR operations and contribute to a smooth and efficient HR function. This role requires at least two years of relevant experience and offers a hands-on opportunity to develop professionally across various HR disciplines. The position follows a six-day workweek and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding procedures.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations and respond to HR-related queries.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal activities.
- Coordinate training programs, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure implementation of policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide general HR and administrative support as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of PKR 80,000.
- Conveyance allowance of PKR 10,000 per month.
- Performance incentive of PKR 10,000 per month, awarded upon meeting specified KPIs and tasks.
