Cloudelligent, an AWS Advanced consulting partner specializing in cloud-native solutions for startups and SMBs, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join its team in Lahore. This role follows CST working hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), which corresponds to 6:00 pm to 3:00 am PKT. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle. This position plays a vital role in fostering a strong organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with Cloudelligent’s growth objectives and core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training and development, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures that reflect Cloudelligent’s culture and strategic priorities.
- Provide daily HR support to employees and managers, offering guidance on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and compliance issues.
- Oversee employee benefits programs such as health plans and other perks, ensuring timely enrollment, updates, and clear communication.
- Lead the performance management process to promote a culture of high performance and continuous feedback.
- Design and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Utilize HR data and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements, proactively implementing necessary changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or cloud-focused companies.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems, with a strong focus on data-driven HR management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-growing, high-pressure environment.
- Experience designing and implementing employee engagement and learning and development programs.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
