Cloudelligent, a leading cloud-native consultancy and AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. We specialize in delivering tailored cloud solutions to startups and SMBs, helping them maximize their cloud investments. As a forward-thinking organization with a diverse, international team, we are committed to fostering a customer-obsessed culture. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing the full employee lifecycle and enhancing our people culture, aligning HR strategies with the company’s growth and values. This position operates on a schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST (6:00 pm to 3:00 am PKT).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training and development, and offboarding processes.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that support Cloudelligent’s culture and strategic objectives.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, offering guidance on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
- Administer employee benefit programs such as health plans and other perks, ensuring accurate enrollment, updates, and clear communication.
- Lead the performance management process to cultivate a high-performance environment enriched with regular feedback.
- Develop and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
- Utilize HR data and reporting tools to inform strategic decisions and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and legal requirements, proactively implementing necessary improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or cloud-focused company.
- Practical experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems, with a strong emphasis on data-driven HR management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building trust across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in designing and launching employee engagement and learning and development programs.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the agility to adapt quickly to change.
