We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us for a 3-month paid Human Resources internship based in Garden Town, Lahore. This full-time internship runs from 1 PM to 10 PM and offers valuable hands-on experience across various HR functions. It is an excellent opportunity for those aiming to build a career in Human Resources. Upon successful completion and depending on organizational needs, interns may be considered for a full-time HR position.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support onboarding activities and manage documentation for new hires.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by the department.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Email.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively within a team environment.
