HR Intern (Female)

ICT Systems Pvt Ltd, a dynamic software house located on Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated female candidate for an HR Internship position. This office-based role is ideal for fresh graduates in Human Resources who are eager to gain practical experience in a professional environment. The internship offers a structured six-month program with a competitive stipend and the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR activities with maturity and professionalism.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain company databases by entering new employee contact information and employment details.
- Post and regularly update job advertisements across various social media platforms to attract qualified applicants.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Candidates must be female and preferably fresh graduates in HR.
- Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Karachi, specifically near Shahrah-e-Faisal, before starting the internship.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates residing in nearby locations will be given preference.
- This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend of PKR 15,000.
- The working days are Monday to Saturday, with office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
