HR Intern

CREATICS is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join their team and gain practical experience in various human resources functions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to support the HR department with tasks such as managing employee records, attendance tracking, onboarding new hires, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records accurately.
- Support attendance management processes to ensure timely and precise tracking.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, helping to facilitate smooth integration.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team on administrative tasks and other HR-related projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and employees.
- Good organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace tools to handle data and documentation.

Additional Information:
- This is an onsite position based in Karachi, near Tipu Sultan.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with work-from-home arrangements on Saturdays.
- The monthly stipend ranges from Rs 10,000 to Rs 33,000.
