We are offering an HR internship opportunity based in Lahore, designed for fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing a BBA, MBA in Human Resource Management, or related fields. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in a professional HR environment with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The position is onsite in Johar Town, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM, six days a week, including a half-day on Saturdays from 2 PM to 6:30 PM. During the internship, a monthly stipend of PKR 25,000 to 30,000 is provided, with the possibility of a salary increase to PKR 50,000 to 65,000 upon successful conversion to a full-time employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR team by handling employee queries and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Participate in organizing training sessions and assisting with performance evaluations.
- Manage communication with employees and help resolve workplace issues confidently and professionally.
- Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by effectively handling interpersonal interactions and challenging situations.
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or final-year students in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management.
- Confidence in managing people and addressing challenging workplace scenarios.
