Key Responsibilities:

Support onboarding activities to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization. Handle various HR operational tasks, including maintaining accurate HR records and generating relevant reports. Required Qualifications:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact professionally with candidates and team members. Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive and professional attitude, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility. A willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain is important to succeed in this role. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
