HR Intern

KryptoMind LLC is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team at our Johar Town, Lahore office. This full-time, onsite internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in human resource management within a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and help facilitate internal communications.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation and Work Environment:
This is a full-time internship position with a monthly stipend ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs25,000. The role requires physical presence at the office location in Johar Town, Lahore, providing hands-on experience in a professional setting.
