HR Intern (Learning & Development)

We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development Assistant to support the design and delivery of training programs within our organization. This role involves coordinating onboarding activities, managing training materials, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with the HR team to enhance our development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, designing, and delivering training programs and workshops to support employee growth.
- Help coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Create, update, and organize learning and development materials, including presentations and e-learning content.
- Maintain training calendars, track attendance, and manage documentation related to training activities.
- Gather participant feedback and assist in analyzing the effectiveness of training programs.
- Support the organization of employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct basic research on current learning and development trends, tools, and best practices to keep programs up to date.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members on ongoing development projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, with a focus on training and development.
- Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
