- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a call center or software house environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
- Basic understanding of recruitment procedures and general HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and email communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
