Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Support employee relations efforts to help maintain a positive and productive work environment. Implement and ensure compliance with established HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Collaborate with different departments to address HR-related needs and respond to inquiries. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/BS) is required. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. A strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee relations is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required. Preference will be given to female candidates.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates residing in North Karachi, New Karachi, Maymar, Ahsanabad, Buffer Zone, North Nazimabad, or Surjani Town.
