Recruit AI is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee human resources functions within its BPO operations based in Lahore. This role requires a highly motivated professional with at least eight years of HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager will work onsite during US shift hours and play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Effective communication skills are essential to implement policies, resolve conflicts, and support workforce planning strategies. Although this position does not involve direct team management, the HR Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and lead initiatives that align with business goals. Proficiency in HR technology systems, performance appraisal frameworks, and organizational improvement programs is expected to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute human resource strategies that support Recruit AI’s overall objectives.
- Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process for both local and international candidates.
- Promote positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Design, implement, and maintain performance appraisal systems, including 360-degree feedback mechanisms to assess employee performance effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, staying current with changes in employment legislation.
- Coordinate competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead workforce and succession planning initiatives to foster organizational growth and stability.
- Organize and supervise training and development programs, leveraging e-learning platforms and learning management systems to enhance employee capabilities.
- Implement organizational development efforts aimed at improving workplace culture, communication, and employee engagement.
- Utilize HR information systems to manage employee records, monitor workflows, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
- Apply balanced scorecards and performance metrics to evaluate HR effectiveness and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Communicate HR policies clearly and consistently throughout the organization to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Manage relationships with vendors providing outsourced HR services and training to ensure quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within BPO or similar industries.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to work during US shift hours onsite.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience with HR technology systems, including HRIS and performance management tools.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead HR initiatives without direct team management.
