The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within the organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave, performance evaluations, training, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role plays a crucial part in shaping HR strategies that promote a positive work culture, boost employee engagement, and support the company’s overall growth and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, contracts, and other employment-related paperwork. Oversee employee attendance, leave administration, probation confirmations, and other routine HR operations. Collaborate with the Finance Department to coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, benefits, incentives, and compensation matters. Manage the performance appraisal process, including evaluations, KPI tracking, goal setting, and employee development initiatives. Address employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and practices that align with organizational requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, team-building events, and other HR initiatives to foster a motivated workforce. Prepare and review HR reports, employment letters, contracts, policies, presentations, and official documentation. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Continuously monitor HR processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Support workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives. Supervise and mentor HR staff to ensure effective execution of daily HR functions. Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by senior management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage. A minimum of three years of relevant HR experience is essential, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity such as HR Manager or HR Executive. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and labor law compliance is necessary. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures is expected. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. The ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism is critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, is essential. Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR management tools is preferred. The candidate should be capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and aligning HR activities with business objectives.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs120,000 to Rs150,000. The role requires on-site presence at the company’s location.
