HR Manager

Daxin Global is seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team at the Islamabad office located in Gulberg Greens. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in HR management or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to manage various human resource functions effectively. This role requires a hands-on professional who can oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct performance management activities, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws across all HR functions.
- Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and prepare reports for management review and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or managerial role, preferably within a dynamic work environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with HR management software is considered an advantage.

This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the Islamabad office.
