Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across diverse technical domains including AI, DevOps, Cloud, and Full-Stack development.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Collaborate with People & Culture team members to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and remote workforce management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting technical talent, preferably within technology services or software development sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, including AI, DevOps, Cloud technologies, and Full-Stack development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
