Spectrum HCM (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager (Female) to independently manage the company’s HR operations in Pakistan while supporting the recruitment of clinical and healthcare professionals for its US-based operations. The role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, attendance, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient HR functions aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage the full recruitment cycle independently, focusing on hiring clinical and healthcare professionals for US operations. Coordinate technical and final interviews with US management teams. Develop clear job descriptions and job postings, and source candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines, and handle offer letters, onboarding documentation, and background checks as needed.
Pakistan HR Operations:
Oversee daily HR operations with minimal supervision. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, and employee rosters. Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary-related information. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently. Manage probation periods, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary documentation. Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain proper employee documentation in line with company standards.
Training & Development:
Coordinate onboarding and departmental training programs. Maintain the Training Needs and Training Matrix, and follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of required training. Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and employee development initiatives to foster continuous learning and growth.
Employee Engagement & Administration:
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events to promote a positive work environment. Organize employee recognition programs and celebrations. Support grievance handling and conflict resolution processes. Assist management with HR reporting and workforce planning to align HR strategies with business needs.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 4 to 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or generalist capacity. Strong experience managing HR operations in Pakistan is required, along with a proven track record of recruiting healthcare and clinical professionals. Candidates must demonstrate solid knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as is proficiency in MS Excel and HR information systems. The ability to manage HR operations independently with minimal supervision, coupled with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, is critical. The candidate must be willing to work the 6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Standard Time shift.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with US-based organizations or within US healthcare companies is highly preferred. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs180,000 to Rs300,000. The position requires in-person attendance, providing direct engagement with the team and operational activities.
