Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales to the Management.
Ensuring job descriptions for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.
Conducting performance appraisal and monitoring employee attitudes, productivity, and performance outcomes.
Recruiting and retaining top quality employees for each department and conducting interviews..
