Tulip Global Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking an experienced HR Manager / Head of HR to lead its human resources function. This full-time role operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational growth across corporate, manufacturing, commercial, and operational departments by managing all aspects of HR operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end HR operations including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records, attendance, and leave management. Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the Employee Handbook to ensure consistency and compliance. Oversee performance appraisal processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), training programs, and employee development initiatives. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conducting investigations when necessary. Collaborate with the Accounts and Finance departments to coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Ensure full compliance with Pakistani labor laws, including EOBI, PESSI, and other statutory requirements. Work closely with department heads and team leads to enhance accountability and overall performance. Prepare detailed HR reports and provide actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, BBA/MBA with a focus on HR, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates must have between 6 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or trading sectors is preferred. Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations is required. Proficiency in HRIS, attendance and payroll systems, as well as MS Office applications, is necessary. Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Possession of HR certifications such as SHRM, PHRi, SPHRi, or CIPD will be considered an advantage.
