MCS Digitizing is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team on a night shift basis at our onsite location in Block 12, Federal B Area, Karachi. The role involves managing various HR functions during the hours of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to a dynamic organization with a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring successful lead conversion and maintaining strong client communication and follow-ups.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations independently, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations and performance management to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll management accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive HR documentation and records in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures while supporting organizational goals.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage employee relations and performance management effectively.
- Proficiency in attendance, leave, and payroll management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous HR experience within a Call Center, BPO, or Software House environment is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an international environment will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging between PKR 80,000 and 100,000, based on experience.
