We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to manage comprehensive HR operations and administrative duties. The successful candidate will handle recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and payroll support, employee relations, compliance, office administration, and employee engagement activities. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure smooth HR processes and efficient office management within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring. Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlist suitable applicants. Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Prepare and issue various HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, and experience certificates. Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is properly updated and filed. Address employee concerns and support employee relations initiatives. Coordinate performance review processes and liaise with department managers. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support:
Monitor employee attendance and prepare monthly reports on attendance, absenteeism, and late arrivals. Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related records. Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate payroll verification and processing. Review payroll data, deductions, allowances, and payslips for accuracy. Communicate payroll-related updates, adjustments, and deductions to employees as needed.
Administration:
Oversee daily office administration and facility management activities. Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, reception, security, and office maintenance functions. Manage procurement activities, including purchase orders and vendor relationships. Maintain administrative records, inventories, and documentation. Support management with administrative and operational requirements. Ensure office assets, equipment, and facilities are maintained efficiently.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and company events. Support programs that enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, recruitment trackers, and related documentation. Coordinate with department heads on HR and administrative matters. Ensure timely completion of all HR and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and administration. Strong knowledge of employee onboarding, payroll support, attendance management, and HR documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Monday to Friday (UK Shift)
- Summer: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Winter: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Holiday Policy
UK public holidays will be observed. Pakistani public holidays will not be observed.

Salary Range
Rs40,000 – Rs80,000 per month
