We are seeking a motivated and responsible HR Officer / HR Generalist to join our team at our Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi location. This full-time, on-site position operates during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, employee coordination, and administrative duties. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting both HR and general office functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and related employee documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires to facilitate smooth integration.
- Support daily HR and administrative operations to maintain office efficiency.
- Collaborate with management and employees to uphold a professional and productive work environment.
- Help implement company policies and contribute to maintaining organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work on-site during the specified night shift hours.
