Convo is looking for a motivated HR professional to join its team in Islamabad on an onsite basis. This role presents an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a fast-paced SaaS and IT environment in Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the company’s rapid growth by contributing to various HR functions and providing meaningful assistance across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, with a strong focus on technical and IT roles. Drive employee engagement initiatives to help foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Oversee daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of HR activities. Coordinate vendor management related to HR services and partnerships. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and address employee needs effectively.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in HR, particularly with hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. Proven experience in technical or IT recruitment is essential for this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized institution is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with proficiency in the MS Office Suite. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and proactive, demonstrating a positive attitude. A creative and practical approach to problem-solving is important, as are excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
