HR Officer

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, preparing job advertisements, and handling onboarding documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage recruitment-related administrative tasks and maintain clear communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to represent the company professionally throughout all recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit suitable candidates for assigned positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company standards.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation for new hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the company.
- Recruit contractual staff and draft employment contracts in accordance with agreed terms and company policies.
- Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions and recruitment activities, upholding the organization’s values and reputation.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Completion of Intermediate education or Graduation.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.
- Ability to commute conveniently to the Korangi area (near Brookes Chowrangi).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000.
- Work location is in-person, providing opportunities for direct collaboration with the HR team and other departments.
