We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our expanding team in Lahore. This role plays a crucial part in nurturing a people-first culture while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, official letters, and policy documents.
- Support payroll coordination and monitor attendance records.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to daily HR-related employee inquiries.
- Aid in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and internal events to promote employee development.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and monthly summaries for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and best HR practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with emotional intelligence.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
