HR Officer

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a reputable contracting firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, is seeking a dedicated full-time HR Officer to join its Head Office team in Lahore. As a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd., MEP Solutions offers comprehensive end-to-end project solutions. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the human resources function, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Support the performance management process by monitoring employee performance, conducting appraisals, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processes efficiently.
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing clear guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Stay informed about the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to keep the company’s HR practices current.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The salary range for this role is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000 per month, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
