HR Officer

Pathways Global Education, based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated and professional HR Officer to oversee recruitment, employee attendance, and daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills to effectively support the overall HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes across all Pathways Holdings.
- Post job advertisements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Operate and manage HR recruitment portals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee documentation and maintain HR files systematically.
- Support payroll coordination and ensure employee records are up to date.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist in performance management and staff evaluation processes.
- Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of records.
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HR portals and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with effective problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position based in Johar Town, Lahore, requiring in-person attendance. The salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
