HR Officer

We are seeking a motivated HR professional to join our team and manage various human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with performance and attendance management. This role requires a proactive individual who can also organize training programs, ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, address employee concerns, and foster employee engagement within the organization. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in attendance management to support workforce tracking and reporting.
- Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Organize training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and growth.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws to uphold organizational standards.
- Address employee queries and facilitate grievance resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement activities to promote a motivated and cohesive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role; fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
- Work location is in person, providing direct engagement with the team and organizational activities.
