Winklin is an emerging creative studio specializing in 2D and 3D character design, animation, and digital art for a diverse range of international clients. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated HR professional who is eager to take full ownership of the HR function rather than simply providing support. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations within a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including handling candidate leads via WhatsApp, shortlisting applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee onboarding activities by preparing and maintaining all necessary joining documents and employee files.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, manage leave requests, and keep comprehensive employee records up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding HR and administrative matters, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Ensure smooth daily HR and administrative operations by keeping all HR files organized and up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Between six months to one year of practical experience in HR recruitment.
- A graduate or a student in the final years of their degree program.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Urdu, with clear communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with a reliable means of commuting.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for record-keeping and data management.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position offers hands-on exposure to the complete HR cycle within a fast-growing creative company, providing real ownership of your responsibilities. You will have the chance to develop your skills and grow alongside the studio as it expands. The role is based on-site in North Nazimabad, Karachi, with a night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week. The monthly salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to 50,000, depending on experience.
