Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a skilled HR Operations – Shared Services professional to join our internal team based in Karachi. This full-time, in-person role requires managing comprehensive HR operations for both Human Capital employees and assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, along with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple HR functions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes efficiently.
- Oversee HR operations for Human Capital employees as well as designated client accounts.
- Maintain employee records, handle documentation, and manage onboarding, transfers, and exits.
- Coordinate with employees, clients, and internal departments on HR-related matters to ensure smooth communication.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, payroll coordination, and prepare HR reports.
- Maintain accurate HR data, Management Information Systems (MIS), and personnel records for both internal and client requirements.
- Assist in recruitment coordination and support various employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes across internal teams and client operations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and clients.
- Manage multiple HR operations and administrative tasks as needed to support organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of diverse HR experience, preferably including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations involving multiple stakeholders or client-based environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with various teams and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HR documentation and data management.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced work setting.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
