Zigron is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Manager to join its growing team in Islamabad. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing HR operations, particularly within smaller teams. The position requires expertise in policy development, leave management, employee data handling, and familiarity with ERP systems. Additionally, practical knowledge of EOBI processes and compliance is essential to ensure smooth and regulatory-compliant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR operational policies and procedures aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy standards. Efficiently manage attendance tracking, leave administration, and EOBI documentation. Support internal audits and compliance checks to uphold regulatory requirements. Coordinate with department heads to facilitate seamless HR operations across various teams. Collaborate closely with the finance team to provide accurate payroll inputs and manage deductions. Continuously identify and recommend process improvements within the HR framework to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications
A degree or relevant background in Psychology is essential. Candidates must have 5 to 6 years of proven experience in HR operations management. Strong skills in policy-making and implementation are required, along with expertise in leave management and employee data handling. Experience working effectively within a limited team environment is important. Familiarity with ERP systems relevant to HR functions is necessary. Practical knowledge of EOBI processes and compliance requirements is also a must.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000.
