HR Payroll Associate

Nestlé Pakistan is looking to hire a committed HR Payroll Associate on a contractual basis for its Sheikhupura Factory. The selected candidate will play a vital role in managing payroll operations, overseeing attendance and leave systems, maintaining precise employee records, and delivering workforce analytics. This position demands effective collaboration with various internal departments to ensure a smooth employee experience while strictly following company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all payroll activities, promptly resolve exceptions, and ensure the timely closure of payroll cycles.
- Maintain detailed and accurate employee records, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and other workforce data within HR systems.
- Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and overtime processes using KRONOS and other HR platforms.
- Work closely with Corporate Payroll, Employee Services, HR, Finance, and factory teams to facilitate seamless payroll and employee administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, provident fund, settlements, and statutory compliance matters.
- Foster a positive employee experience by ensuring accurate record-keeping and providing timely, helpful support.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Payroll, Employee Services, HR Administration, or a comparable HR role.
- Proven experience in managing payroll processes and handling employee data is preferred.
- Strong communication skills combined with effective stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and reporting tools is essential.
