• Assist in planning and executing the quarterly operations planning for manpower number meeting the business needs and the salaries budget.
  • Ensure that the Recruitment & Selection agenda is executed and implemented as per the company SOP.
  • Provide guidance and specialist input on recruitment & Selection matters to the cross functional team. 
  • Robust People Planning at all levels by coordinating with leadership.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company objectives and creating feel-good moments for new employee.
  • Maintain employee folder records in a nice manners as per company SOP. 
  • Develop and deploy reward & recognition programs to keep the employee motivated and enthusiastic.  
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations and develop innovative solutions to create strong employee engagement.
  • Responsible to network with government agencies to establish effective working relations to optimize contribution to business performance.
  • Maintain employee attendance records, leaves, and overtime as per labor law. 
  • Manage company’s administrative affairs i.e. security, premises upkeep, attendance, leaves and plant visiting protocols.
  • Responsible to proceed social security and EOBI contributions for the betterment of employees on monthly basis and keep maintaining the record in a nice manner. 
  • Maintain and update attendance and leaves of employees in system weekly or monthly basis and share with line manager
  • Calculating bonuses and allowances of employees announced by the management and share with line manner
  • Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month and share with line manager.
  • Looking after all the issues related to employee’s life and health insurance including addition/deletion and insurance claim.
  • Timely preparation of final settlement amount for resigned / terminated employees.
