Job Description

  • Maintain and update attendance of employees in system and leaves management
  • Run payroll for business entities on monthly basis within defined time frame
  • Coordination with internal audit department with respect to any discrepancies that relates to salary, tax, loans and advances
  • Ledger posting with respect to salary, wages, overtime and other relevant payments
  • Arrangement of working for EOBI and Social Security schedules on monthly basis, also prepares summary of PESSI in Urdu language
  • Prepare complete working for annual bonus of the group as announced by the management
  • Processes all medical claims and responsible to verify the required documents
  • Looking after all the issues related to employees life insurance including addition/deletion and insurance claim/fee submission.
  • Timely preparation of final settlement amount for resigned employees.
