HR Recruiter - IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and confident HR/IT Recruiter to join our energetic team onsite in Johar Town, Lahore. This role focuses on US-based recruitment and requires excellent communication skills along with a target-driven approach. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to vendors and clients effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Submit consultants to appropriate job openings
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with clients and candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage timely follow-ups
- Maintain daily activity reports and recruitment trackers
- Source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn
- Draft professional emails and proposals for outreach
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly placement targets

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience utilizing ChatGPT prompts and AI tools for candidate sourcing and outreach
- Solid understanding of US IT recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM
- Strong follow-up skills with a target-oriented mindset

This full-time position requires physical presence at the office and offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs60,000 per month, depending on experience. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team will find this role rewarding.
