HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Executive to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience, preferably within the call center or BPO industry, and will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process for Call Center Agent roles. This role demands a proactive, organized individual who can independently source candidates, meet hiring targets, and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates specifically for Call Center Agent positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Post and manage job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone calls and messages.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates to ensure engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets set by the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Utilize recruitment websites and online platforms effectively to source talent.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of recruitment experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment websites and online hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to independently source and attract qualified candidates consistently.
- Highly organized, target-driven, reliable, and responsible.
- Willingness to work on-site during the night shift hours (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Commitment to a long-term role within the company.
